  • Practicum Experience—Apply knowledge in real-world settings through a community-embedded practicum.
  • Professional Portfolio Development—Gain skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating a project to address a health inequity within your local context through our Health Equity Change Project.

Customizable. Accelerated. Online.

At Simmons University, our online Master of Public Health (MPH) program prepares passionate, change-driven leaders to address health disparities and promote social justice on a local, national, and global scale. The curriculum is grounded in health equity and designed for flexibility, with both traditional and accelerated options. In the accelerated track, you can complete your degree in as few as 15 months—without putting your life or career on hold.

Go beyond the virtual classroom through our immersion experiences in Boston and Arizona—which provide crucial opportunities to learn from local community partners, examine innovative community-driven models of development and social justice, and engage in a hands-on service project. Courses are offered in a synchronous format, meaning you'll attend scheduled virtual classes, which allow you to build relationships and have valuable interactions with your faculty and peers as you learn and work together.

What can you do with a Master's of Public Health?
